They look like skis.
The pointy boots have risen to popularity at the same time as "TRANCE"
music and the boots have become a preferred footwear for the all-male
troupes that dance to the electronic music.

I'm going North this Easter and hope to see a lot of stunning Duodji- Sami handcraft. The footwear over is called Skaller and is a part of the Sápmi traditional clothing. The beautiful bag is made by Zubets Agafija
I'am also hoping to see some Wow wow northern lights/ Aurora Borealis. Its really beautiful and mystical.

Norwegian old folk shoe used to different types of Bunader. Ingrid Dillekås Adelsøn have made many different types .
I have heard that shoemakers traveled around to farmers and made shoes to them at the farm and used one last for both feet. So no left and right.
